Ring Size Note
If you have purchased a Ring, please mention the Ring size in “Note to Seller” tab or send a separate message to us after making the Payment. Not mentioning the ring size may delay the delivery .If we do not receive your Ring size on time, standard size of US 7 for women and US 10 for men will be shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY
 
1. We ship worldwide & we make sure that you get your shipment as earliest as possible provided there is no delay in customs clearance, public holiday, courier location, or circumstance which is beyond human control.
We ship through one of the reputed & standard shipping agency for national & international shipment. Once ordered product is being dispatch we update tracking number in buyer’s purchased item. Delivery depends upon location.
2. Handling time is 10 business days after receiving clear payment and ring size confirmation. (Business days excludes Saturdays / Sundays and Public Holidays.
3. Delivery time will be 10-20 working days (which may extend during peak season time).
4. We request you to kindly update your shipping address on eBay or you can provide us with complete & accurate information of shipping address with zip code, e-mail address & contact number at the time of placing an order to avoid delay in delivery, once the order is processed we will not able to make any changes to shipping details.
RETURN POLICY
1. We have a hassle free 30 day Return Policy with 100% Purchase price Refund in such a situation.  Item returned must be in its original condition together with the original Packing Slip enclosed mentioning the reason for return, we accept returns only if there is any manufacturing defect or in transit damage,
2. Refund amount is based on product's price you have purchased for. 
3. For incomplete or wrong address we are not liable for any return.
4. If the buyer wants to return the item for his/her own personal reasons (without any valid reason of item received in damage condition or unless it is defective) the return shipping charges will be borne by buyer

6. RETURNS are only accepted for this listing if item arrives damaged and it will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your satisfaction is important to us. You can return your item within 30 days along with original pack if it does not match with our description or there’re manufacturing defects. No other returns are accepted. Buyer must inform us within 2 Days after receiving a product if there are any defects or problem.
Before returning a product make sure an item should not be , tampered, washed, or any alteration done on it. If so we won't take the product back. In case of return of the goods, buyer has to borne the shipping charges. Communicate with us before filing any dispute & returning the product.
Any additional charges, government taxes, custom charges, clearance or any other duties levies in destination country are responsibility of buyer & need to pay by buyer.
